Ultimately, the purpose of any patient communication is to change their behavior.
This is a deliberate process. Clarity is key – on both sides of the communication.
Your Team must know what they are really trying to convey, why it is important,
what behavior they are trying to influence or promote and how to say it in such a
way that the results are predictable and beneficial.
The listener must be clear as to what you want them to do next.
