She began her career as a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant (CA) and quickly advanced to Office Manager, successfully overseeing multiple high-volume clinics. As an experienced CA, Office Manager, and COO Coach, Mary specializes in empowering strong leadership, optimizing clinic operations, enhancing team performance, and cultivating a positive, productive work culture.
