Before we go any further into our new patient process study, we need to have an absolutely critical discussion around the four key steps in any conversion process. These four steps must be followed in this exact order or your conversions will suffer and your retention will plummet. I call these steps the four agreements. If you follow these steps mindfully and commit to the sequence, you will be amazed at the ease in which your ideal patients will comply with your recommendations. If you skip any steps, proceed through the steps without agreements or change the order of these steps, it will be to your peril. And, more importantly, you will have blown it for the person who came to you for help in the first place.
